Goodbye puffiness, extra weight and bloat! This 6 calorie (yes!) delish beverage is rich in potassium and water– so it will restore normal fluid balance and flush sodium that holds bloat.  Drink it throughout the day to stay hydrated and flush bloat! Hello Skinny Jeans! 🙂  Enjoy!

Lemon-Lime Detox Spritzer

Makes: 8 servings (8 ounces each)

 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 gallon sparkling water (we use Polar Lime or Cranberry-Lime for an extra fruity twist)
  • 1/2 grapefruit or 1/2 orange, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2-3 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1/2 lime, sliced

Instructions

In a large pitcher combine all ingredients.  Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving. Drink throughout the day.
