So if you’re looking for a new snack that’s delish, less than 200 calories, rich in protein (17 grams—wowzers!) and easy to make you’ve met your match! A dash of this and a sprinkle of that will squash cravings and make a great afternoon snack!
Blueberry Crunch High Protein Snack
Serves 1
Ingredients
6oz Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat
1 tsp pumpkin seeds, shelled and unsalted
2 tbsp granola (look for one that has no trans fat or hydrogenated oils, we used KIND Healthy Grains)
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 tbsp. PB2 with chocolate (as an alternative, you can use regular peanut butter and a touch of cocoa powder–a super delish option, just slightly higher in calories)
Directions
Simply, add all ingredients into a bowl, mix and enjoy!!
