CocoaVia® Berry Booster Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients:
4-5 oz. cold water
3/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup blackberries
Ice, crushed
1 packet of CocoaVia® Cran-Raspberry flavored supplement
• *Optional – 1/2 small banana

Directions:
Step 1:
Add  water, yogurt, fruit, ice & CocoaVia® supplement into blender.
Step 2:
Add crushed ice.
Step 3:
Blend & pour into glass and enjoy.

    I would love to try this stuff! There is so much I could mix it in– shakes, pudding, pancake mix, homemade ice cream! But if I could choose one thing, it would probably be my cashew butter. I put it on tons if things. I need the healthy fats & calories– I’m a runner after all!
