Plus, avocados are what we like to call nutrient-boosters– and they boost nutrients in a major way. The fat in the avocado helps you to absorb fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K. So if you’re eating a salad, add a little avocado and suddenly you’re better able to absorb the beta carotene from the bell peppers and tomatoes. Yep, it’s that easy!
