Preheat oven 350 degrees. Lightly spray a baking sheet with the oil. .
Sprinkle both sides of fish with fajita seasoning, gently pressing into flesh. Bake in oven for about 10-15 min or until internal temperature is 145 degrees. Cut into small pieces and keep warm.
In a small bowl, mix together cabbage, lime juice, salt, and cilantro.
Wrap the tortillas in paper towels, and microwave 1 minute on HIGH or until they're warm.
Spread 1 teaspoon yogurt on each tortilla. In the center of each tortilla add some of the cabbage mixture, the salmon, tomatoes and avocado. . Garnish with lime, salsa or cheese if desired.
