Guilt-free Kale Chips

Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil or olive oil spray
  • 1 bunch kale
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Garlic or cayenne pepper, optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.  If you don’t have parchment paper, spray the tray with cooking spray.
  2. Cut the kale leaves from the stem, using a knife or kitchen shears, and collect leaves in a large bowl.
  3. Wash kale and then dry thoroughly, using a towel or salad spinner. Cut leaves into even bite size pieces (about 2 inches). Spread kale out on cookie sheets.
  4. Spray lightly with cooking spray, and sprinkle with seasoning salt, and spices.
  5. Bake until crisp, but not burnt, about 15 minutes.
