Apple, Flax, and Pomegranate Detox Smoothie

- 6 oz. plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 medium. apple (about 6 ounces or 3” diameter)
- ½ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ground flaxseeds
- ½ cup 100% pure pomegranate juice
- Cut and core the apple.
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
