Ingredients:

2 persimmons

2 pears

½ cup pomegranate arils

1/3 cup chopped pecans

4 oz non-fat feta cheese, crumbled

5 cups arugula

Balsamic vinegar

 

Directions:

Thinly slice persimmons and pears about ¼ inch thick. Assemble salad by combining all ingredients. Toss before serving. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and enjoy!
