Sports Nutrition Programs

This program is a favorite of high school, collegiate, and professional sporting teams, as well as corporations with employees who participate in after-work, company-sponsored sporting events. It teaches participants how to fuel themselves appropriately for fitness. We also provide tips for how best to eat before and after exercising. Plus we provide a sample menu for practicing mindful eating on a regular basis – so that exercisers can always perform at their peak.

On-Going 6 to 10 Week Group Programs

We’ve found that sometimes one Seminar just isn’t enough! It’s often really powerful to bring us to your group or office weekly in an On-Going Program. During our range of 6 to 10 week programs, we can provide more highly targeted nutrition education and personal attention. This comprehensive weight loss program can be provided in a six, eight or ten-week series. These classes not only include tips for living lean, including behavior modification, dining out, smart snacking and supermarket shopping, etc., but they also provide encouragement and on-going motivation for weight loss through group support.

Nutrition In A Nutshell: The Road To A Healthier You (A 6 to 10 Week Program)!

This program is offered in a six, eight or ten-week series. These classes include an evaluation of the latest health trends, as well as tips for preventing cancer and living a longer, healthier and more youthful life. Participants learn the “ins and outs” of nutrition and are provided with the most current information about vitamins, organic foods and food fads.

Beat To A Healthier Heart (A 6 to 8 Week Program)!

Let’s fight our nation’s leading killer – heart disease. Participants will learn how to evaluate their own personal risk for this “silent killer” and then learn how to take steps to lessen that risk. Classes are offered in six or eight-week series.

Nutrition For The Real World: How To Live Healthfully In New York City – A Land of Many Temptations!

We gotta say – we particularly love offering this special two-day program to New Yorkers. We know what a Land Of Yummy Sensory Delights this city can be! Whether you work or play into the wee hours of the night, we will teach you how to do it healthfully. We include strategies for “desktop dining,” playing the vending machine roulette, dining in and dining out. We also include tools for staying healthy while socializing at cocktail parties and/or enjoying the bar scene.
