Overnight Berry Parfait
Serves 2
Ingredients
1 cup fat free, plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
1/4 cup almonds
1 cup frozen mixed berries
Directions
- Using two separate containers or glasses, divide ingredients between the two containers starting with almonds, followed by the yogurt, flax seeds and frozen berries. Cover and place in refrigerator.
- Refrigerate overnight to allow berries to thaw and release their flavorful juices. 🙂
- Grab in the morning and enjoy!
