I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life and started on Weight Watchers with my mom when I was 14. After that, I had been to other dietitians and I’d lose weight for a short time, but nothing seemed to stick. When I met Tammy and Lyssie I felt like they really listened to me. They kept me motivated by always being positive and they gave me amazing guidance to help me with my food choices .We consistently would make changes in my eating habits and build on my improvements and they always found a way for me to see success! I have met my goal weight (which I still can’t believe) and kept if off for nearly a year. I feel like I learned to eat differently. Before working with them I used to eat snack bars and I always felt hungry and was thinking about my next meal. Now I eat whole, fresh foods. I really like food and enjoy eating, and now I feel like I’m eating a lot and I feel satisfied. I still can’t believe I’ve met my dream weight and am not always hungry anymore!
