Choose a whole grain Italian bread or French baguette – we’re fans of the whole grain flaxseed Italian loaf from Whole foods.
Slice and grill the bread.
Spread a low-fat soft cheese (we prefer low-fat fromage blanc, but our clients love using goat cheese) on each slice and top with grilled vegetables.
