- 9 artichoke hearts
- ¾ cup chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Preheat your broiler.
- Combine spinach, lemon pepper, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut artichoke hearts in half to form a bowl. Top each artichoke heart with the spinach mixture.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes.
Bonus for cheese lovers: top the tarts with a thin slice of low-fat cheese, such as Gruyere or Brie, before broiling.
