Exercise

It’s the end of the week, and yes we get it, you’re tired. At the end of the week we all could use a little boost! But did you know that one of the most effective ways of keeping your energy levels up is exercising? It’s true! When we are sleepy after a long day (or a few long days!), we try to counteract the tiredness with a little physical activity.

Exercising when you feel fatigued can increase your energy level at any given time of the day. It gets the blood pumping and it’s the ultimate energizer. Just be careful, you don’t want to over exert yourself. Some exercise regiments that we like to do to increase our energy are a 30 minute light-moderate walk/jog, 60 minutes of yoga or Pilates, and even having a catch outside with the kids!

Don’t forget to keep hydrated with water while you’re exercising!

What kinds of exercise do you do to stay energized?
