The yogurt contains protein which will extend the energy boost of the blueberries and make it last even longer!
Yogurt Covered Blueberries
Stick a blueberry with a toothpick, dip in yogurt (greek, honey flavor is good), use a second toothpick to push it off onto a cookie sheet. Repeat with as many blueberries as you like, stick cookie sheet in the freezer and, after about an hour, pop them off of the cookie sheet and into a freezer bag.
