Yogurt Covered Blueberries

It’s hot out there! You deserve a sweet (and nutrient-packed) frozen treat! Try this, it will cool you down and energize you! The blueberries are packed with antioxidants and fiber and they contain carbohydrates that will keep your energy level high. The yogurt contains protein which will extend the energy boost of the blueberries and make it last even longer!

Yogurt Covered Blueberries

Instructions:
Stick a blueberry with a toothpick, dip in yogurt (greek, honey flavor is good), use a second toothpick to push it off onto a cookie sheet. Repeat with as many blueberries as you like, stick cookie sheet in the freezer and, after about an hour, pop them off of the cookie sheet and into a freezer bag.
