Need an energy-boosting snack? Try these baked apple chips! These delicious chips are light and packed with all the nutrition and energy of an apple. You’ll get fiber and antioxidant-rich carbohydrates to sustain your energy. This snack will really give you a boost!

Baked Apple Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat over to 275 F.
2. Remove apple core.
3. Thinly slice the entire apple.
4. Place apple slices in a single layer on a parchment-lined cookie-sheet.
5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
6. Bake for two hours, flipping slices once, halfway through.
7. Check apples periodically after the first hour- chips are ready when they are crispy.
