Baked Apple
Ingredients:
– 1 medium apple
– 1 drizzle honey (or any other sweetener of your choice, optional)
– a sprinkle of crushed walnuts (or other nuts, dried fruit, etc)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Wash apple and core (or slice in half)
- Bake for about 20 minutes, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with crushed walnuts, allow to cool slightly
