Want and EASY way to wake up your whole body?Try this!
This move rocks because it’s so simple–you can do it anywhere! AND anything that activates your core wakes up every muscle in your body since everything is connected to your core!
So here’s what to do:
Get into a push-up position and hold one arm out in front of you, then repeat with the other arm.
Put yourself into a raised push-up position (arms straight, hands beneath shoulders, torso off the ground), and make sure that your feet are more than shoulder-width apart. Lift your left arm slowly and with your arm straight extend it in front of you at shoulder height. Put it back to the starting position and repeat with your right arm. To make this more challenging, repeat four more times on each side.
How does this wake you up?
This simple exercise calls on a lot of muscles so you wake up your whole body! 🙂 Your core engages as you lift your torso off the ground – and works even harder when you raise your arm! As your arm extends, you get a good stretch through your chest and shoulder. So keep ’em tight toned ones!
