Raspberry Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 2 tsp honey
Directions:
Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until well incorporated and smooth
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Small squirt Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- Salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in bowl or small jar until well incorporated.
