Happy Mother’s Day! To all of our fellow moms and grandmothers, we want to wish you the happiest of days! We know life can be stressful at times and staying healthy is definitely not always easy, but we know you can do it. You work hard all day every day and we appreciate everything you do (and we’re sure your children do also!)!!

As you spend the day with your family today, try to stay away from those unhealthy on-the-go snacks! Enjoy your day with these quick and easy healthy snack ideas which are not only delicious, but will give you long lasting energy for your special day!

  •  One apple with a tablespoon of peanut butter
  • Half cup of raw carrots with one tablespoon of hummus
  • One serving of whole wheat crackers with 2 ounces of fat free cheese
