Green Goddess Sangria

As you know we’re all about delicious food. And as registered dietitians and personal trainers we’re also all about food with a healthy twist—that also helps you to live longer and feel great in your clothes! So living in New York City, the home of socializing at all hours, we’ve had quite a few requests for some skinnier cocktails  (like our Skinny Orange MangoritaFruity Tooty Spritzer and our Cranberry Sparkle Spritzer) and we just whipped up this one for you to enjoy!  Please let us know what ya think! 😉

Ingredients

  • ¼ pear (cubed)
  • ½ kiwi (thinly sliced)
  • ¼ c. cucumber (cubed)
  • 5 grapes (quarters)
  • 6 oz. pinot grigio
  • 6 oz. sparkling water (Perrier)

Directions

First, chop and slice pears, kiwi, cucumber, and grapes as directed in the ingredients list. Next, place ingredients in a wine glass. In a separate bowl, mix sparkling water and pinot grigio. Once mixed, pour it into your wine glass on top of the chopped fruit and enjoy!
