The Opposite Arm & Leg Lift
Here’s what you do:
Kneel on all fours keeping your arms straight and your back flat. Reach your right arm forward, while at the same time straightening and stretching your left leg back and pointing your foot straight back. Be sure to keep your abs tight and engaged and make sure your hips stay horizontal to the floor. Hold this position for 5 seconds, release and then repeat using the left arm and the right leg. This is one rep – to do the exercise completely, do 10-15 reps and that’s it! Easy peasy!
