Skinny, Speedy Walnut Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
  • 1 cup quick rolled oats
  • 2 VERY ripe bananas
  • ½ cup crushed walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Mix all three ingredients together.
  3. Place 1 Tbsp of mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Makes approximately 14 cookies.
  5. Each cookie has 55 calories, 2 g fat, 1 g protein, 8 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 2 g sugar, 1 mg sodium
