All-Natural Homemade Raspberry Vinaigrette

- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 ounces of raspberry jam
- ½ cup of red-wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup raspberries (fresh)
- Pepper to taste
- Puree all ingredients, except olive oil, in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add in oil until fully combined and ENJOY!
