Ingredients
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 ounces of raspberry jam
  • ½ cup of red-wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup raspberries (fresh)
  • Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Puree all ingredients, except olive oil, in a food processor and blend until smooth. Slowly add in oil until fully combined and ENJOY!
