Crispy Homemade Fries

- 1-2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into thick wedges
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons reduced fat Parmesan
- Olive oil cooking spray
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray the paper with olive oil.
- In a medium bowl, toss the potato wedges, oil, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until the wedges are well coated.
- Line baking sheet with wedges.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until potato wedges are soft in the middle and crispy on the outside.
- Sprinkle Parmesan over wedges and enjoy!
