Crispy Homemade Fries

Ingredients
  • 1-2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed and cut into thick wedges
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons reduced fat Parmesan
  • Olive oil cooking spray
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray the paper with olive oil.
  3. In a medium bowl, toss the potato wedges, oil, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper until the wedges are well coated.
  4. Line baking sheet with wedges.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until potato wedges are soft in the middle and crispy on the outside.
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan over wedges and enjoy!
