Double-Chocolate Chip Pancakes

  • Pancake Ingredients
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • ¼ cup oats
  • 1 tsp of cacao powder
  • 1 T chocolate almond milk
  • ½ T of cacao nibs
  • Chocolate Whip Cream Ingredients
  • 3 T. vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp. cacao powder
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mash half a banana until there a very few chunks left. Next, mix in egg whites, oats, cacao powder, chocolate almond milk, and cacao nibs. Once, all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together, pour batter on a warm skillet or frying pan (coated with nonstick spray). Cook each side of the pancake on medium heat for about 2 minutes or until each side is cooked fully.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to blend yogurt and cacao power together. Blend on high for about 2 minutes or until both ingredients have been well mixed.
  3. Place whip cream on top of your delicious double- chocolate chip pancakes and enjoy!
