In a medium mixing bowl, mash half a banana until there a very few chunks left. Next, mix in egg whites, oats, cacao powder, chocolate almond milk, and cacao nibs. Once, all ingredients are thoroughly mixed together, pour batter on a warm skillet or frying pan (coated with nonstick spray). Cook each side of the pancake on medium heat for about 2 minutes or until each side is cooked fully.
In a small mixing bowl, use a hand mixer to blend yogurt and cacao power together. Blend on high for about 2 minutes or until both ingredients have been well mixed.
Place whip cream on top of your delicious double- chocolate chip pancakes and enjoy!
