Balsamic Strawberries
For only about 60 calories and 2 grams of fiber per ½ cup, this is the perfect treat for a hot summer day!
  • 1 pound of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of white sugar
  1. After the strawberries are hulled and sliced, place them in a large bowl. Sprinkle with sugar and let sit for 5 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and let sit in refrigerator for a minimum of 10 minutes.
