Baked Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs (32 oz) White Meat Chicken Breast
  • 3 Tbsp Dannon® Oikos® Plain Greek Nonfat Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Oregano
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions

  3. INSTRUCTIONS
  4. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  5. Cut chicken breast into 1-1.5 oz strips.
  6. Combine oregano, garlic, mustard, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, lemon juice and Dannon Oikos nonfat yogurt in a bowl, then marinate chicken in the mixture.
  7. Put one piece of chicken on each 3 inch skewer.
  8. Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and place skewers spread out ½ inch apart on the pan.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, turning over halfway, until golden brown.
  10. Serve with Feta Herb Yogurt Dip and enjoy!
