Chocolate Drizzle Popcorn

  • ¼ cup popcorn kernels
  • 16 Bittersweet Chocolate Baking Chips, 60% Cacao
  1. Using a hot air popper, freshly pop the kernels. In the meantime, line a baking sheet with wax paper. Once the popcorn is fully popped, gently spread it out on the baking sheet and let cool for 5 minutes. Place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl covered by a paper towel and melt for 45 seconds to 1 minute and 30 seconds – the time depends upon each microwave oven. The key is for the chips to completely melt and have a smooth consistency. Stir if necessary. Drizzle the hot chocolate over the popcorn kernels. Allow your delicious dessert to cool for 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
