Mix yogurt, cinnamon, and honey together in a small bowl.
Toast almonds in a toaster oven or oven at 350F until lightly brown. Meanwhile, slice banana into coin-shaped slices about ¼ inch thick.
Using a fork, stab a banana coin and dip it into the yogurt mixture. Using about 1 t. of yogurt to cover the entire banana. Place the banana coin on a piece of wax paper and add a few slices of almonds to the top.
Once you have coated all banana slices, place the bananas in the freezer over night. Enjoy!
