Blueberry Crunch High Protein Snack

One of the most popular requests we get is for dazzled up snacks—that is, snacks that feel fun and unique but that are still healthy. So if you’re looking for a new snack that’s delish, less than 200 calories, rich in protein (17 grams—wowzers!) and easy to make you’ve met your match! A dash of this and a sprinkle of that will squash cravings and make a great afternoon snack!
  • 6oz Greek yogurt, plain, nonfat
  • 1 tsp pumpkin seeds, shelled and unsalted
  • 2 tbsp granola (look for one that has no trans fat or hydrogenated oils, we used KIND Healthy Grains)
  • ¼ cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ tbsp. PB2 with chocolate!
  1. Simply, add all ingredients into a bowl, mix and enjoy!!
