Skinny White Bean Dip
Serves: 10
  • ⅔ cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (Read more about this ACV here and how it may help to give you a slight edge to control your weight here )
  • ½ teaspoon Herbs de Provence (may substitute thyme)
  • One 15.5-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp paprika
  • Sea salt (to taste)
  • ⅛ teaspoon Sriracha sauce (optional)
  • Fresh cracked pepper (to taste)
  1. Combine the cottage cheese, vinegar, thyme, beans, salt, pepper and sriracha sauce (if using) in a food processor or blender.. Puree until smooth and make sure everything is combined evenly and smoothly. Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour in the refrigerator.
  2. Transfer the cottage cheese mixture to a medium size serving bowl and drizzle with the oil and paprika. Serve with pita chips or veggies and enjoy!!
