Chunky Weight Loss Soup!

Ingredients
  • 2 cups finely chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cups finely diced cantaloupe
  • 1 cup finely diced mango
  • ½ cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 cup seeded, peeled cucumber, finely chopped
  • 2 cup finely diced nectarines
  • 1 cup fresh squeezed orange juice (about 4 oranges)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped Vidalia or other sweet onion
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh basil or 2 tbsp. dried basil
  • 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ tsp. sugar
  • ¼ tsp. salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with tin foil and chill for 2 hours (or more). Enjoy!!
