Ingredients
  • ¾ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 medium apple, chopped
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 5 almonds
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 2 ice cubes
  • ¼ tsp powdered ginger (optional)
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients until evenly combined and smooth. Enjoy!!
