Sinfully Thin Mint Coconut-Lime Sangria
Serves: 6 glasses
  • 3 limes
  • 1 Demi bottle white wine, any dry, white wine works
  • 2 oz. white rum (we used Malibu to boost the coconut flavor)
  • 1 L sparking lemon lime water
  • ¼ cup loosely packed mint leaves
  • 2 cups no sugar added pineapple juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup ice
  1. Cut limes into round slices, about ½ inch thick
  2. In a large pitcher, add all ingredients
  3. Set in refrigerator for 6 hours, or overnight for best results
