- • ¼ cup pomegranate juice
- • ½ cup green grapes
- • 1 cup pineapple pieces
- • 1 cup packed spinach
- • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled
- • ⅛ cup Wonderful No Shells Pistachios, lightly salted (roughly 25 kernels)
- • 4 ice cubes
- In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
