8 ounces unsweetened frozen strawberries or blueberries (or berry of your choice, we used blackberries here)
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
Add half of each of the yogurt, berries, milk, and banana into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the remainder of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into 3 glasses and enjoy!
