The duo motivates and empowers people by giving them the tools they need to take charge of their health and lose weight. These tools include individual consultations, online programs, and books, as well as tips via social media and television appearances. Tammy and Lyssie set their clients up for success so that they can live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

The dynamic duo has also displayed their cooking prowess on Food Network’s, “Chopped.” They make it their mission to educate and inspire, wherever they go.
The twins are renowned for their approachable, common-sense style, and uncommon recipes. They make getting healthy feel easy, fun, and oh-so tempting. Their ability to educate and inspire in a playful manner led to three published books in which they share their revolutionary nutrition tools:

And let’s not forget, the twins hold prestigious recognition among their peers in the medical community. They were keynote speakers for the New Jersey State Annual Dietetic Association meeting and featured speakers for the International Society of Sports Nutrition’s annual meeting.
Tammy and Lyssie have been passionate about nutrition since early in their lives. They are Cum Laude graduates of the University of Maryland and received their post-graduate dietetic internships at Emory University and Meredith College. They are ACE-certified personal trainers and are members of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as well as active members of the following Dietetic Practice Groups: Sports, Cardiovascular, and Wellness Nutrition (SCAN), Dietitians in Integrative and Functional Medicine DPG (DIFM), and Nutrition Entrepreneurs (NE). The twins are also members of The New York State Dietetic Association. And when they’re not transforming lives, they’re spending oodles of joyful hours chasing around Tammy’s twin daughters and their French bulldog, Mily.
