Have you ever substituted safflower oil for olive oil on your salads or when cooking? Safflower oil is rich in linoleic acid, an omega-6 fatty acid. Studies have shown that linoleic acid may aid in weight loss, help reduce cholesterol, and help prevent cancer. Next time you’re drizzling your salad with oil and vinegar, try using safflower oil instead of olive oil and see if you like it! Have you ever experimented with safflower oil?
