Ever since you tried our Chocolate Raspberry Chia Pudding, we’ve been getting your requests for more chia recipes, so we created this one! We hope you like it! It’s got a mashed banana twist with a swirl of strawberry and coconut milk beverage! Enjoy!
Bananaberry Coco- Chocolate Chia Pudding
Serves 2
Ingredients:
¼ cup chia Seeds
¼ cup vanilla dairy free coconut milk beverage (We used So Delicious)
½ cup chocolate almond milk
1 tablespoon over-ripe banana, mashed
1 teaspoon stevia, all natural sweetener (or 1 TBSP honey or sugar*)
2 large strawberries
2 teaspoons chocolate chips
¼ tsp strawberry extract, optional
Directions:
- Mix chia seeds, coconut beverage and chocolate almond milk in a medium mixing bowl. Allow ingredients to sit for about 10 minutes or until chia seeds have absorbed the liquid.
- Once chia has absorbed liquid mix in extract, banana and stevia. Add chocolate chips and strawberries once all other ingredients are fully mixed in.
Tastes best if chilled for about 2 hours. Enjoy!
