This sounds delicious....can't wait to try it! I'm thinking I might not be able to wait for Valentines Day. I'll make it for my husband and sons for SuperBowl Sunday.

Could you kindly explain what is "healthy" about this pie? I'll give you the raspberries but beyond that, what makes it healthy?

Is it the chemical sweetener in the pudding mix? Maybe it's the trans fat in the crust?

Or is it the artificial ingredients added in lieu of fat in the cream cheese and whipped topping? Those two ingredients-- in their more natural state--are practically the definition of fat…must be some real chemistry going on there to make them 'fat free' and 'light'.

Or...no...surely two Registered Dieticians such as yourselves (with all those other fancy letters after your names) are not equating "low calorie" with "healthy?" Sorry, this same pie--made with REAL ingredients--would be far healthier than this abomination! More calories, sure, but at least it would be real food.
