Fruit and “Cream” Crepes

Last week we gave you our Skinny Easy Peas-y Basic Crepe recipe and you know us, we’d never give you just delicious crust without the ooey gooey, delicious insides!  And although there are many ways to use the basic crepe recipe, here we added some sweet and creaminess, that just happens to be packed with nutrients too, enjoy!

 

Fruit and “Cream” Crepes

Fruit and “Cream” Crepes

Makes 8 crepes

 

Ingredients

8 Skinny Easy Peas-y Basic Crepes

8 tablespoons of plain, non-fat Greek yogurt

Fresh fruit, approximately 2 cups (we typically use organic strawberries and blueberries)

 

 

Directions

Follow our whole-wheat crepe recipe to make 8 delicious crepes! Then, spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt to cover the middle of the crepe. Decorate with fresh fruit (about a ¼ of a cup of fruit per crepe). Roll the crepe, cut in half and enjoy!
