Traveling? Try this healthy snack to keep you on track!
When we travel, we like to pack foods that are easy, healthy and wholesome to prevent hunger pangs and the subsequent overeating associated with waiting too long to eat. We just got back from our American Dietetic Association (now called the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) conferences in San Diego and one of things that we relied on to keep us on track and from getting to hungry was KIND bars. The ingredients are wholesome and you actually can pronounce them! In fact, you can see the foods that you’re eating– whole fruits and nuts. They taste delicious delicious too!
